A new CEO was presented with three numbered envelopes from the CEO who was stepping down, and was told to open them if he face a problem he cannot solve. Six months later, sales took a downturn, and the new CEO took out the first envelop. It read, "Blame your predecessor."He called a press conference and laid the blame on the previous CEO. The press responded positively, and sales began to pick up. A year later, the company was experiencing a dip in sales combined with product problems. He opened the second envelope and it read "Reorganize." This he did, and the company rebounded. After several quarters, the company once again fell on difficult times. The CEO opened the third envelope. CEO가 세 번째 봉투를 열자 거기에는 이런 메시지가 쓰여 있었다. "세 개의 봉투를 준비하시오."
